Dear Alan, I appreciate you taking the time to comment on the paper and the insights you bring to what I shared. Isn't it true. So many of us live in a more cramped and anxious space than necessary. All it takes for us to create a larger life for ourselves is to respond to our natural curiosity and inquisitveness about who we realy are. Then we see the possibilities to live more spaciously and happily are available even if we remain in our current physical and/or social environments. If we take a step to change how we see ourselves and the world, what we see will change. As the writer and diarist Anais Nin wryly commented, "We don't see things as they really are.
