Thank you for another great article, it is uplifting to me as a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend and as a speech therapist. Looking deep inside and peeling away the layers is difficult and time consuming (in this busy world), but so important!Just thinking about discarding the limiting notions is liberating and I look forward to sharing these ideas with the people I work with. I remember a previous article your wrote about change. I wonder if there is a certain age or time in our lives when it becomes easier to do this uncovering of our genuine selves? I look forward to reading your new book, thanks for continuing to INSPIRE us!
