Thanks for your posting and your question. Although these planning forms probably wouldn't quite fit the bill, I do think that journaling can be an excellent way to encourage clients to authentically explore thoughts/feelings/reactions regarding stuttering. Clients may need various levels of support in exploring their feelings in writing - depending in part upon their age, ability level, motivation, rapport with clinician, ownership of this goal, and so on.
