Thanks for your posting and your kind feedback. I think you'll find the answers to most of your questions in my response immediately above this one, and in my response to Traci P. To date I haven't had a client refuse to complete the brochure project, as I work hard to be in tune to 'where they are' RE: acceptance and advertising, ever gently prodding/supporting/facilitating along the way.
