Hello, thank you for your question. I tried for many years and I had 4 speech therapist who tried their best to help me, I did everything they asked me to do, but it just didn't work for me. That doesn't mean that we didn't do everything there was possible to do. But still it was a great experience and I learned a lot. But what really helps me is to never avoid any situation because I stutter, I talk all the time and I'm not afraid of talking. I'm also very open about stuttering. With best wishes, Beata Akerman
