Hello, oh wow, thank you very much to writing me and sharing your story with me. After so many years I still can't believe how some people react when I say that I stutter. I wrote this in some other comment so sorry for repeating myself, but I must say it again: yesterday I was one of the speaker at 5. International congress of social pedagogy and when I said that I stutter, some people (mostly teachers, social workers etc.) just stared at me with their mouths open. At the end one of tham said: "I would never guess that you stutter, you look like a very nice person." Does this meand that a person who stutters can't be nice? That's ridiculous! You may share my article and my book, I don't mind. I would love to stay in contact with you, so feel free to write me: beata.akerman@gmail.com OR beata.akerman@fsd.uni-lj.si With best wishes, Beata Akerman
