at first I thought that performing a play would be a good exercise in practiced speech, rhythmic and choral reading, speaking in unison; all of the areas that we learn about in speech -language courses that enable a stutterer to have more fluent speech. You mention that you prior to your March 10th performance , "a short outline of the script was written to enable the actors improvisational freedom in choosing sentences." Are you saying that you did not have a script and that you improvised most of the play? Thanks you for your response. Lynn Oliver
