Thank you for reading my story!!! I recommend exploring the evidence based technigues of fluency shaping and stuttering modification. There are a lot of printed activities that are based on such and so many fun ways to adapt each technue and strategies that go along with them to fit the specific client profiles. It is also easier to document and track progress when utilizing them. You can then find one or more strategy that really works for the client and begin to tweek goals as far as increasing/ decreasing cues, criterions, levels, etc... I hope this helps.
