This was a well written and poignant paper regarding how PWS are sometimes treated when others ignorance to stuttering is presented. It was impressive, brave and proactive of you to write the florist such a patient and straightforward letter. This proactive step by you has now made a positive step toward this business' employees correctly communicating with customers. That this florist shop will use your letter as a teaching tool for employees from now on will hopefully continue this positive communication with customers. Thank you for taking this proactive step to increase awareness and to decrease ignorance toward PWS and struggles and biases that the PWS can go through. Has the specific person you talked with been found and reprimanded and taught how to communicate and how not to be so rude and biased? Have you thought of speaking with other companies, especially as a PWS who is involved with NSA, as well as a counseling masters degree student, and talking with companies and the HR departments regarding this particular issue of PWS and how employees of companies should communicate with people, so that these incidents will hopefully decrease? Thank you again for your paper.
