Thank you for sharing your story. I am very impressed that you followed your experience with a letter. Despite the rude treatment you experienced, your letter is educational, and has a professional and straightforward tone. I am a first year Speech-Language Pathology graduate student, and my perception is that educating the public about stuttering seems to rest with the people who stutter.
