Ms Bryant, I appreciated this article because it was about something so simple and related to everybody. I'm sure we all have made a phone call to a business before for one reason or another, but the disregard displayed to you by this particular individual was surprising to me. We all run into our fair share of rude individuals, and my response is usually to brush it off my shoulder and move on. The fact that your stood up for yourself, and really for all people who stutter, shows much about your amazing character and attitude. Thank you for using your personal experience to better inform these individuals that people who stutter are just that-- people. And every person's voice matters. Great article.
