As a graduate student studying fluency disorders, I found your story very uplifting. Not only did you personally benefit from your actions (both in confidence and personal achievement), but you additionally started a chain reaction that will lead to several other individuals benefitting from this simple deed. Employees (current and future) will gain knowledge about PWS and the appropriate conversation techniques, and future PWS should have a more positive experience calling the floral shop in question.
