Thanks for your reply. Yes, one can be a very fluent person but not a great communicater. There is so much more than fluency that makes communication good. Sometimes we as PWS focus on just this one aspect of communication but we often forget things like listening, eye contact, facial expression, relating to the other person or persons and many other things that or important to communication. Just focusing on fluency can reduce the real communication between you and others.
