Hi Irene, It's great to see that you can find your voice at any age. Has the communicative pressures changed or differed since you have been diagnosed with spasmodic dysphonia? They are two different disorders, but they both have great impact on the ability to communicate. Do you feel that you had to manage both in distinct ways?
