We have found the experience of Camp Shout Out is not only a wonderful training experience for graduate students, but also for practicing speech-language pathologists. For many reasons, sufficient and/or effective guided practicum is not possible when in graduate school. Camp Shout Out truly has three tiers of beneficiaries: the children, the speech-language pathologists, and the graduate students....as well as Kristin, Julie and myself! Best Regards, June Campbell
