I hope this detail gives you enough information to make it useful. I tell my children I am always finding new and better ways to help them. So...I went to a conference where a scientist told us about a "disconnect" or meandering pathway between their idea (the dot in the picture) and the path it needs to follow to get to their mouth. We go over this when we talk about the speech machine and again and again especially when they are answering impulsively or going too fast. Does that help?
