Alina, I enjoyed reading your great paper, and I think that you are a very courageous young woman! I have not heard the saying, "Those who mind don't matter, those who matter, don't mind" and I love it! It is my new mantra, and I will share it with all my young adults. I think you should start a Facebook page for those who would like to know more about stuttering, and for those who stutter. Our support group in Northampton, MA has a page! It's a good start for getting the word out about the stuttering community. The more people understand about a subject, the less likely they are to make fun of it.
