Hi Dennis, I have a few questions. And will post each as individual posts. First, you write that 30-50% of stuttering is due to non-genetic factors where you correctly point out that those are probably mostly due to random environmental influences damaging or altering brain development and no convincing evidence shows shared environmental influences. Am I right to state that this is only for explaining whether someone stutters or not but is not directly applicable to severity or type of stuttering? My question: Have you seen correlation between genes and severity? Or between recovery or not in children?
