Our results are somewhat upstream from the clinical practice of speech language pathology at the moment. We believe that understanding the causes of stuttering at the level of cells and molecules will provide future opportunities for improved therapies, but I think most people agree that we have some distance to go before our results impact the day to day practice of stuttering therapy.
