Hi Kevin and Retz, I enjoyed your article and these thoughts are especially interesting to me as I have relocated to an area that potentially serves PWS from remote areas (though am limited in implementing since telepractice is not insurance reimburseable in MN to my knowledge). I do like that the teletherapy portion comes after establishing a good foundation at your intensives. I am wondering about confidentiality concerns-how do you address HIPPA regulations? Also, Do you have much experience with using this model in school settings, and given your focus on teens, how do you work out the timing for parent involvement? Thanks!
