Dick, Licensure is the big question with Telepractice. Sure to be decided by the courts at some time. A great article that addresses many of these issues titled "Telepractice and Professional Licensing: A guide for Legislators" can be found at http://www.clearhq.org/resources/teleguide.htm It appears that some states are making an exception for practitioners who are provided "infrequent" or "episodic" treatment. A program like ours might fall under this category. As Retz pointed out, ASHA will need to take the lead on this (although the MDs will probably pave the way in the courts). Kevin
