Julie, With Skype you can conference with up to 10 people if you buy their premium package (which is under $10 per month). Only one person on the conference call has to have Skype premium. We use Skype for our SBFD monthly meetings now. the more people you have the more bandwidth you need, so at times not everyone is in Real Time. But the technology will get better. Continued support with other members of the workshop (for teens and parents) is a benefit of this technology.
