Allison, You could email the material as you suggested. But... there is also a feature on Skype that allows you to share your screen. You can open up a word document on part of your screen (or a picture file), and have your face on another area. When you move your mouse (to point out something), or highlight a word or line of the text, it will show up on the clients computer. Do you think that this would work for what you need?
