Toni, It does make sense doesn't it. I still haven't JUST worked with someone with teletherapy. I have always used it as an adjunct to face to face therapy. However, I believe, as Retz pointed out. If you live in a place with no specialist nearby, teletherapy might be your "golden ticket".
