Thank you for writing this article.Teletherapy would be great for many underserved communities within the United States and overseas. I was wondering though,is it ethical to provide therapy in this mode if you've never seen a client face to face?What if the client cannot participate in the face to face intensive program, would still treat them using teletherapy?
