Oh, we rehearsed A LOT! I had her go through each presentation many many times before presenting. We would write down notes each time for ways to change or make it better. For her 4H project, she was presenting in the summer so I met with her on my own time to have her practice and give her pointers before the presentation. During the school year, she did not come in more than one time a week, but we used at least half of our time together to practice. The keynote (Friends and Stuttering) has a feature where she can record herself as she goes through the presentation. This was very helpful because she could reallly listen to herself and judge her dysfluencies (she does not have many dysfluencies anymore). Of course she disliked how she sounded so she kept erasing her recordings after she listened to them. I would have liked to submit the keynote with her speaking, but that didn't happen. So to sum up, yes, there was much rehearsing prior to presentations. Thanks for your comments.
