FFP seems like a really great idea. As a graduate student, I can definitely see how having a hands-on component to accompany a course would be beneficial. One question: In Dr. Gabel's PPT on Students' Perspectives on the Experience on slide 3, it says "Techniques actually are a lot less important." I'm just beginning to delve into the myriad fluency techniques out there, so I am, of course, intrigued. What do you mean by that? And what can I do as an SLP to ensure that I am focusing on the important things (client/clinician relationship) and being effective?
