This is a great question. Believe me...techniques are an important part of the FFP training for grad students and in the protocol for FFP. I feel that Rod was discussing the impact of the program on the kids, teens and young adults who stutter...they are probably not going to make a lot of change in fluency in an intensive program but will have a change in attitude/emotions about stuttering.
