I think trying to start a program like Fluency Friday Plus is totally doable, but the program requires a lot of time and effort by a number of people. I have sort of been the "long distance" partner in this program. I marvel at how well such a large number of people in the Cincinnati area work together. It does start with one person having a great idea. Diane has show incredible leadership in getting this program started and keeping it successful.
