Hi again, Benny. In re-reading my previous comment, I see that my answer to your second question sounds contradictory. So let me clarify: My GUESS is that the answer is yes. But I can only be positive, at least within my own experiences, when comparing the U.S. and Norway. With regard to other countries, I cannot be positive - but can only guess, based on the specific qualities of Norwegian life. Thanks again for your questions!
