Hi Bernie, once again. Since writing my response, I have learned that the McGuire Program has been offered on multiple occasions within Norway. While some Norwegians have travelled abroad to receive this therapy, many others have taken this program within the country. It's the only form of fluency shaping that has been available (at times) within Norway.
