Hi again, Ashley. Since writing my reply I have learned that the McGuire Program has indeed been offered on multiple occasions within Norway. While some Norwegians do travel abroad to receive therapy from this program, many others have benefited from this program within the country. This is the only form of fluency shaping available (on occasion) within Norway.
