Hi Tom, I actually develop a variety of scales for individual clients to measure whatever they are working on. But the scales I use most often are: How comfortable were you with your talking?, How confident were you with your talking?, and How successful did you feel as a communicator? I use the 7-point scale, with 'very comfortable/confident/successful' at one end and 'very uncomfortable/very doubtful/very unsuccessful' at the other end. Sheryl
