Getting more out of the scale

Sheryl, I also like the idea of the use of rating scales. I have two questions about how you use them in therapy. The first question is, do you think that a good way to implement the scale is to maybe have the PWS give the scale to a classmate and have a peer rate how they understood them as well, maybe in hopes that the speaker is not as dis fluent or as noticeable as they feel to give them some confidence? Also, do you use the scale at the beginning, end or middle of the sessions and do you use it every time they come into therapy? Thanks again for sharing this idea! I am going to be adding this to my clinic arsenal of tools!
