Hi Rita, These are the questions I use most frequently but I do develop scales for specific skills clients are working on as well as the more general questions. Clients usually really like the scales because they are written in client friendly language and focus on feelings, attitudes and sometimes specific behaviors. When the client isn't seeing movement on the scale, it provides a wonderful opportunity to look at goals, procedures and expectations once again. Thanks for your comment!
