In class I have learned that relapse is inevitable when it comes to stuttering. Do you feel nervous or anxious when it does happen? I also found it interesting that you have learned techniques to help you with managing stuttering like changing your own personal constructs. I know you said you changed to a more positive outlook instead of a negative one but do you find yourself thinking about stuttering all time? Is it something you have to constantly be aware of? or is this something that reoccurs in high stress situations, haven't had enough sleep, etc. and you just deal with it as it happens?
