I agree with continuous practice. The longer you stay away from practice, the harder it is to go back. It may be a minor inconvenience to practice everyday but the results are worth it, make it a part of the day. If I stopped practice for a month, I would not be at the same place I was when I ended. It would take me a while to get back to where I was. I will never stop practicing, I don't want to take the chance of a one week break turning into a two week break. I am not operating out of fear of losing the skill but to maintain the skills that I have.
