Julie, Each experience, good or bad, will be a learning experience. A bad experience will reveal what to do or not to do next time. Adequate preparation and support will help to prevent or overcome most bad experiences. For me, I tried not to shy away from any speaking situations. Times when I did not speak, I usually regretted that decision. As I always say, any bad experience is a learning experience, and one step closer to a good experience.
