Knowing how everything turned out in the end do you regret not opening up to others sooner? It sounds like all you did throughout your childhood is study and keep to yourself. That must have been pretty hard. Do you regret all the friends and experiences you missed out on? That speech must have been a major breakthrough for you. I'm happy that you realized stuttering does not control your life you do.
