I guess that you replied to my question ,so thank you! When i started to watch my stuttering,i noticed that i did a lot of tensing in my tongue even when the tongue don't need to do anything. I thought that i just needed to stop doing it,and to move to the next sound, but when i tried to place my tongue in the right place it just increase my tension. So i learned that i don't need to move my tongue ,but to reduce the tension, and then the tongue will move automatically. The way i learned to do it,was by holding my tongue position, and when i felt some control,to try reduce the tension, and only then to move to the next sound. for me "holding the sound" was the key,and i guess that this is the key when you have stuttering with a lot tension, until you don't even feel the sound. I guess that Tim didn't had so tension,so for him the key was moving to the next sound. (B.T.W-it's so a shame that stutterers like me don't being expose to this tool "holding the sound") Thanks again!
