No problem. :) I don't think there was a single inciting incident that caused me to seek out therapy again, but I had just turned 16 and had noticed a bunch of very noticeable and distracting secondary characteristics start to occur - such as tilting my head upwards during stuttering - and I was in significantly greater despair about my speech and my future than I ever had been before, so my mother suggested we give therapy another shot, this time with a specialist in stuttering. I'm not 100% sure I know what you mean with your last question, but I think that, rather than any individual aspect giving me more support than the others, what's really kept me going the most is making milestones; being able to do things that I wouldn't ever even consider doing before, which I'm only confident enough to do because all three aspects are being addressed.
