Thanks, Julie! When I have a bad experience, I do my best to separate myself emotionally from it and try to think of how I could handle myself better next time, in terms of using techniques and such. It's tough sometimes, but infinitely better and more effective than just brooding over it. I try to challenge myself as often as I can (within reason), which usually ends up being probably 1-3 times per week, depending on how severe a challenge we're talking about.
