very interesting paper! I have two comments:One:from the little i know about Dean Williams work,he work a lot about what interrupt physically our natural speech. Is it un-rational that Dr Williams meaning was to figure what you do physically when you stutter? Second:like you know severe stutterers are not afraid just to show stuttering,they afraid of loosing the ability to communicate,and this fear is make sense cause this happen when you tense your speech mechanism. (B.T.W-i understood after i was exposed to the stuff of Joseph Sheehan,that my tensing was away to hide my stuttering,so when i started to stutter more easily,the tensing become to be weaker and weaker,but 3 years ago my fears wasn't to stutter but to stuck so hard that i couldn't say a word) ari
