You know Mastercard's advertising phrase "priceless?" Reframing away anxiety in grades k-5 is priceless. See my reply to Amanda from 10/4. My paper does cite the case example of a 3rd grader. As kids leave Piaget's Preoperational stage (>age 7) much of the cognitive structure is there for them to begin personalizing stuttering, projecting, comparing self to other, and other frameworks for developing social anxiety and phobia. I do really neat things to edit and delete stutter memories with age 7 and up. Cheers
