Hi there, I am a new graduate student at the University of Redlands in California. I really enjoyed your article. It resonated with me as a person who suffers from periodic panic attacks. I can definitely empathize with the anticipatory anxiety one feels when they are in a situation that they know might trigger those feelings. You mentioned in your article that some clients reported trying anti-anxiety medication to relieve their anxiety about stuttering.
