What is your preferred method of treatment for children who have just begun to stutter and are high risk to continue to stutter? Do you believe in pointing out their stuttering to them (such as in the Lidcombe program) or would you recommend an approach that focuses more so on their fluencies than their disfluencies (and how to create more of these)?
