Great question Joe. I became an effective lecturer through practise. The first time I taught a class I was like everyone else fairly nervous and bumbly. With preparation and confidence your teaching technique grows and you have fun with it. With positive and constructive feedback you also grow so much. You will make mistakes and learn from them. As a PWS we often come into situations with preconceived notions of doom, gloom and negative reaction. In reality though the world is very different and we learn this from experience.
