Great to hear from you Poon. I have never seen a speaker that is 100% fluent. PWS often put this pressure on themselves to becone 100% fluent when in real life this is not the case. In Australia the classic examples are our politicians at times who often have lots of "umms", "arrhs" and even worse their speeches (like many politicians) have not real content at all.
