Hi Alan - I hope TM is indeed indundated with lots of membership inquiries. So many people are unaware or afraid of how an organization Toastmasters can help everybody be better at communicating and leading. People who stutter can find success in TM just like anyone else who is fearful of public speaking. We are both testaments of how pushing our comfort zones can be so life changing. Just five short years ago, I afraid to be called on for an answer or opinion. Now I relish it, and look for those opportunities, and stutter as much as I need to. Toastmasters really helps drive home the point that we all can be outstanding communicators.
