Hello! I was interested to read your paper as I recently wrote a paper for a chemistry class on Lake Kivu and the Rwandan government's attempts to harness the methane from the lake to provide electricity for the surrounding area. I am a graduate student in communication sciences and disorders and my thesis is about teletherapy. Teletherapy allows us to deliver services through the internet. My long range goals are to be able to provide this type of service to those areas of the world that are currently underserved. The main issues in Africa for this to work are infrastructure, the development of business models that would make these types of programs profitable for the institutions to operate yet affordable to citizens, and the development of computer programs that did not need communication land lines for connections. What is the current situation in Rwanda on these issues?
